not quiet what you need; we will design a package around you with a price

Event Planners. We are with the Bride and Groom through every step of their
planning leading up to their Wedding day. This package includes:
1. Assistance in vendor selection
2. Assistance in keeping vendors within budget
3. Keeping a record of all Vendor contracts
4. Overseeing and managing all vendor times and set up
5. Help decide which party favor is right for you
6. We will assemble place cards that you have purchased
7. We will assemble the programs that you have purchased
8. We will assemble invitations that you have purchased to go out
9. Track all RSVP
10. Coordinate the decoration of the ceremony and reception sites
11. Organize the Rehearsal Dinner
12. Create a Wedding time line specifically for you
13. Maintain and create a Wedding budget for you
14. Recommend vendors that coincide with your budget
15. Keep records, payments and deadlines with vendors
16. Schedule rehearsal days for wedding and reception
17. We will be onsite for rehearsal, ceremony and the reception
18. Help in making the seating arrangements

an Event Planning group for the day then this package is for you. Our Emerald
Package includes:

2. Escorting your guest to their seats
3. Overseeing and managing all the vendors times and set up
4. Keeping the flow of the reception moving
5. Keep the flow of the wedding moving
Emerald Wedding Package is our Same Day Event Package. You may only need
an Event Planning group for the day then this package is for you. Our Emerald
Package includes:
1. Create a guest check in service at the wedding and reception
